Blackout Poetry Contest

I recently entered a Blackout Poetry Contest because I've been trying to challenge myself to try more creative outlets in order to get my mental juices flowing and to be more confident. It was actually extremely hard for me to work up the nerve to turn in my piece once it was complete - but I did...and I won! I felt so happy and proud of myself for the first time in a long time. Sometimes it pays off to put yourself out there!

"Splendid"
